Agility Training Classes

Come learn why agility is one of the fastest growing sports in the country, it's great fun for the entire family. All breeds and mixes of any age or training level are welcome!

Classes are held five nights a week all year and Saturdays from December to May. We have a 48 x 75 foot building available for indoor training and a full size, fenced outdoor agility ring.

Our Agility program encompasses all levels of training. Our experienced instructors regularly compete and judge agility trials in the US and Canada.

Classes Available:

Level One: 6 weeks — Next Class begins Fall 2006, date to be announced.

This class teaches your dog the safe and proper negotiation of the agility equipment, including jumps, tunnels and contact obstacles. It also introduces your dog to the weave poles.

Level Two: 6 weeks — Next Class begins Sept. 25, 2006 (limited entries)

Builds on Level One introducing your dog to the remainder of agility obstacles. Handlers will begin to learn sequencing and handling techniques.

Level Three: 6 weeks

Concentrates on handling techniques allowing you to successfully negotiate a complete agility course.

Level Four: 6 weeks

Gets you and your dog ready for agility competition. Polish handling skills and shave seconds off your course times.

Our students tell us their dogs just can't wait to come to class each week. Great exercise for you too! Two-legged spectators are always welcome to observe classes. Ask us about agility clubs near you.
